Liza Siomin

M.Sc. student

Liza completed her B.Sc. in Biotechnology engineering at Ben-Gurion University at faculty of engineering. During her studies she took part in a project in Dr. Isam Khalila lab, where she research about the effect of Ca2CO3 enriched 3D Model on cell cycle progression and tumorigenesis of breast cancer. Liza is performing an M.Sc. in our laboratory, studying the genetic background of defenses diseases, focuses on aminoglycoside antibiotics have a significant role within the clinically useful that are used in order to treat serious infections. However, the result of such treatment may lead to hearing loss.
